Undrafted respects intellectual property rights and expects users and contributors to do the same.
1. Our Content
All Undrafted-original articles, photography, videos, and graphics are the property of Undrafted Media or its contributors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
2. Contributor Rights
Contributors retain ownership of their work and grant Undrafted the license described in our Terms of Service Section 6.2.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe content on Undrafted infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@theundrafted.org including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Services (URL or other specific location).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with similar requirements as a takedown notice, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Trademarks
“Undrafted®” and the Undrafted logo are trademarks of Undrafted Media. “Doing Good by Design®” is a registered trademark of Vaughn (a related entity).
